Disappointing Experience, Unexpectedly.
dirty room non-functioning tv
I had issues. The room was not as clean as I expected. It did not resemble the photos online. The TV in the room did not work. That was frustrating. I arranged for rose petals to be in the room upon arrival. Staff told my girlfriend at the door they were placing them. We returned from dinner to find only 15 petals. They were not roses, and I was charged £15 for them.

i found the room very clean and well kept. the turndown service included chocolates and fresh towels (such a lovely touch!).
the in-room coffee selection was somewhat limited.
